My name is Michele Leaye and I'm the Business Development Manager for International ESL Gateways.I'm always on the lookout for good business opportunities. I love helping people get the jobs that they deserve in the country they like. I think it's very important that candidates know what to expect and I always try to help them to the best of my abilities. I also like counselling people if they are not sure which direction they should take. Basically I'm here to help.

Do you like using English Smart? I've used it a bit in the past for the lower grades. Does it give many opportunities/ideas about writing for older grades or is it mostly grammar and reading passages?

Michele, I wanted to say thank you for the curriculum sites that you sent through Christine. There were some really helpful ones. I was wondering if you have used the Learning English with Laughter curriculum. It seems nice and easy, because it has all the different levels, and you can photocopy them. From my experience, it's nice to have a "foundational" or "set" curriculum and then supplement it with additional interesting pages. Any comments or ideas?
